Aimee Hoppenjan, OTR, WCMT
I graduated from UW-Milwaukee in 1994 with a B.S. in Occupational Therapy. Over the next 4 years I specialized in orthopedics and work injury management with several Milwaukee area hospitals and clinics. I worked with several Massage Therapists at one point and I learned of the many benefits massage brought it's recipients. After too many frustrations with the limitations of insurance companies on my treatments, I decided to pursue Massage Therapy and open my own practice. I graduated from the Milwaukee School of Massage, a 500 hour program, in December of 1997 and have owned my own practice ever since.
I feel my background in Occupational Therapy has made me a superior Massage Therapist in that I have a complete understanding of injury, what to do/what not to do, and a better overall ability to provide just what people are looking for! I owned a practice just west of Milwaukee for 8 years and helped hundreds of clients feel relief from pain and stress. I also provided on-site Chair Massage regularly with such companies as GE Medical Systems.
I have since moved to West Bend am excited to have opened my new practice here!
I specialize in giving a great massage! People sometimes get confused with too many choices in Massage Therapy services, so I keep it simple. You get a combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, aimed at what your body needs and how you need it! Treat yourself to a Massage today!
